]]>Wadi Daba' is a small wadi, located about 12km south of the er-Rama Junction on the Dead Sea Road. It contains quite a few thermal springs and waterfalls. Our route ended at a nice warm pool with hot water streaming in.

]]>This wonderful wadi is located near Karak. The drive to the wadi gives great views so anticipation is building as you arrive.
Plenty of running water and greenery to admire.

Was pleasantly surprised by some real black irises (Jordan's National Flower) on the way back, as well as tea with zatar and raw almonds at a local farmer.

]]>Holi is a spring religious festival celebrated by Hindus.
The main day, Holi, also known as Dhuli Vandana in Sanskrit, also Dhulheti, Dhulandi or Dhulendi, is celebrated by people throwing coloured powder and coloured water at each other. Bonfires are lit on the eve of the festival, also known as Holika Dahan (burning of Holika) or Chhoti Holi (little Holi).
Holi is celebrated at the end of the winter season on the last full moon day of the lunar month Phalguna (February/March).

]]>Trying to escape the rain in Amman we took a nice drive around Karak in search for the Al Halalmeh waterfall. No water found, but covered new roads and left a lot to be explored another time.
